WHAT: This was celebrated as one of the most unusual weddings of the year! Jennifer Cannon and Doy Nichols married at the Charmin Restrooms, New York City's only free, luxury public restrooms.
The happy couple said "I do" in front of their friends and family, and the bride wore a toilet paper wedding dress designed by the winner of the 2007 Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest; Hanah Kim. The dress was intricately detailed and hand-made using the Charmin brands: Ultra Soft and Ultra Strong.
The couple hails from Lexington, KY and visited New York City for the first time! Along with the wedding ceremony, the couple received all expense paid airline flights, hotel, and a honeymoon package at Destination Kohler in Kohler, Wisconsin.
